Jean Voyce was born in Monmouth on July 16, 1939. Devoted Wife of the late Richard Voyce, beloved Mum of Yasmin, Anthony and Allison and special loving Nan of Emlyn, Deanna, Connor and Callum who will be sadly missed by all her family.
